We want you to love your gear — but if something isn’t right, we’ve got you.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

📝 To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must be attached (if applicable)

  • No signs of damage, stains, or wear

❌ We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Final sale or clearance items

To start a return, please contact us at returns@mvmofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
